A product packaging of Mallinckrodt Oral Transmucosal Fentanyl Citrate. The packaging is a white box with a blue and yellow label on the front. The label has the brand name and product name written in bold black letters at the top. Below the label there is a warning message that reads "Only for patients already taking opioids (narcotics) such as fentanyl or morphine. Rx only. Equivalent to 200 mcg fentanyl base. Warning: May be habit forming. Pharmacist: Dispense with medication guide."

At the bottom of the packaging there are two small syringes one with a white cap and the other with a yellow cap. The syringe is used to dispense the medication.
