A flowchart that explains the steps involved in the treatment of NUCYNA. It is divided into four sections.
The first section is titled "Day 1" and it explains that the treatment is 50 mg 75 mg or 100 mg depending on pain intensity. The second section is labeled "Adequate relief is not achieved". The third section is labeled "Administrator second dose as early as 1 hour later". The fourth section is called "Every 4-6 hours thereafter (maximum 600 mg daily)". The fifth section is described as "Adjust and maintain dosing for adequate analgesia and acceptable tolerability".
Each section has a red circle with a white arrow pointing to it indicating that it is a step in the process of adjusting and maintaining the treatment. The first step is "If adequate relief is achieved" and the second step is labeled as "Day 2 and beyond". The flowchart also has a blue arrow pointing towards the first step indicating the next step.
