There are several fields in the window including "Expense Type" "Speaker Pcm" "Conventions" "Transaction Date" "Payment Type" and "Cash/Out of Pocket". These fields are used to enter the payment type payment amount and payment details for the project.
The first field is labeled "Product Type" and has a red circle circled in the middle. This field is used to select the product type the vendor name the meeting name and the virtual speaker program. The second field is labeled "Meeting Name" which is used for the meeting. The third field is marked "Virtual Speaker Program".
At the bottom of the form there are two fields - "Setting of Activity" and "Restaurant". The first field has a field labeled "Facility Name" with a checkbox next to it indicating that the user can set the setting of activity for the restaurant. The fourth field has fields for the facility name facility address and facility city. The fifth field has an option to "CML Project Code" and a button to submit the project code.
