It is divided into four quadrants each representing a different aspect of the business model. The first quadrant is labeled "Sales Management" and represents the sales management process. The second quadrant has the words "Wholesaler" "Pharmacy Hospital" "Care Institution" "Patient" and "Physician". The third quadrant shows the order-to-cash process which involves the purchase of a product or service from a supplier to a customer. The fourth quadrant also represents the direct to patient process where the customer is directed to the supplier. The flowchart also shows the relationship between the different elements such as the supplier and the patient and how they interact with each other to create a successful business model for pharmaceutical companies.
