A table that provides information about ensuring proper documentation of persistent pain and breakthrough pain (BTP). The table is divided into three columns and three rows.
The first column is titled "Persistent Pain" and it lists the intensity variation duration location description and quality of life of the patient. The second column is labeled "Break-through Pain (BTTP)". The third column has a list of the different types of pain that can be treated with the BTP such as "On-time pain" "Onset pain" and "Oncoming pain".
