This is an infographic comparing the potential for immunogenicity of Murine Chimeric Humanized and Fully Human monoclonal antibodies. The data shows that monoclonal antibodies that are "less human" have a higher potential for immunogenicity and sources that are "more human" have a lower potential for immunogenicity. The Murine monoclonal antibody (0% human) therefore has the highest potential for immunogenicity and The Fully Human monoclonal antibody (100% human) therefore has the lowest potential for immunogenicity.
