Two different views of a single gold ring with a large purple stone in its center and 3 small clear stones (perhaps diamonds?) beneath that. The left outer side of the ring has the brand name and logo of Covidien. The right outer side of the ring has the text "Presidents Club". These rings were given to high-performing pharmaceutical sales representatives presumably. Google confirms that "Covidien recognizes the top 10% of the salesforce with the prestigious President's Club Award (called the Excellence in Energy Award)" at least as of 2012.
