On the right side of the card there is a text that explains that patients pay the first $15 of their co-pay. Then up to $100 of any remaining out-of-pocket costs will be covered which is typically no more than the cost of the generic. If your patient did not receive a Co-pay Card he or she can print one from the EXALGO website.
