The fifth row shows a percentage of the doses with 25 doses being the highest and 25 being the lowest. The sixth row shows an increase in the dosage with 30 doses being higher than the last. The seventh row shows two doses one for the medication and the other for the treatment. The eighth row shows three doses each with a different dosage. The ninth row shows four doses two for each dose and one for each medication.
