The third section has a description of the patient's treatment options and the fourth section has an explanation of how the treatment can be used to treat the condition. The flowchart also includes a list of the steps involved in the treatment such as "Evaluation" "Acute Classification" and "Treatment Options".
At the bottom of the flowchart there is a note that reads "3 Patient continues on therapy". This indicates that the patient has completed a therapy session and is now in the process.
