A table that shows the following dose ranges used to approximate morphine equivalents in patients taking other opioids when initiating Butrans in a clinical trial. The table is divided into three columns - Morphine Hydrocodone Oxycodone and Tramadol.
The Morphine column shows that Morphine is 30 mg 30-80 mg and 80 mg while the Hydrocodone column shows 15 mg 15-40 mg or 15-20 mg. The Oxycodone column has 15 mg and 15 mg respectively and the Tramadol column has 300 mg and 300 mg respectively.
At the bottom of the table there is a codeine column which is 90 mg and 90-250 mg respectively . This codeine is used to indicate that burtons may not be appropriate in the trial.
