This is a flow chart showing the changing responsibilities of Sales Management e-Fulfillment and Order-to-Cash units of pharmaceutical companies. Various parts of pharmaceutical companies provide services to Wholesalers Direct to Pharmacy Direct to Hospital Direct to Care Institution Direct to Patient and Direct to Physician. The design suggests that Direct to Patient services by Sales Management and Order-to-Cash are newer historically speaking but have not completely replaced earlier business models.
