A diagram that shows the process of activation of opioid receptors in the human body. It is a flowchart that explains the different stages of the process.
The diagram is divided into two sections. On the left side there is a black and white illustration of a human body with the nervous system highlighted in blue. The nervous system is represented by a series of lines and arrows connecting the different parts of the body. The lines represent the different pathways and pathways that lead to the activation of the receptors. The arrows indicate the direction of the activation from the activation to the receptors and the arrows indicate that the receptors are in motion.
On the right side of the diagram there are two boxes one labeled "Acetaminophen" and the other labeled "NIMDA Receptor Antagonist". The first box is labeled "Inhibition of central PG synthesis". The second box is labeled "No pathway medication" and contains information about the activation and the treatment of the receptor. The third box is titled "Meditation of serotonin descending inhibitory pathway activation of TRPA1".
At the bottom of the image it states that the inhibition of peripheral and central COX-1/COX-2 (INHIBITION OF PG synthesis) is an inhibitor of the NIMDA receptor antagonist. The image also mentions that the receptor is an anti-antagonist which is a type of receptor that helps to regulate the expression of the neurotransmitters in the body's nervous system.
