Three white boxes of Mallinckrodt Oral Transmucosal Fentanyl Citrate. The boxes are rectangular in shape and have a yellow and black label on the front. The label has the brand name and product name written in bold black letters. The back of the boxes has a description of the product which states that it is equivalent to 200 mg/ml and is suitable for use with medication. The box on the left has a label that reads "Oral Transmucosal fentanyl citrate" and the box in the middle has the product name "Fentanyl citrate". The box at the bottom has the same label as the one on the right. All three boxes appear to be new and unused.
